Door handle knobs- From inside car?

In the picture below (lower right corner) you can see I have no door handles on my coupe so I have door poppers to open it. On the inside of my car there is a knob to push up, to open the car from the inside.

My questions is......What do you call those knobs and where can I buy the finishing plates/covers for them? Right now I just have a rough look.

    Here is the picture

Thanks. Just what I was looking for. Might even order the steering column and brake plates while I'm at it.

I have the Watson's that MrMopar noted on my car - they have several different styles.

I have several other Watson's items as well like a billet wire port on my fire wall and a steering column headlight dimmer switch - nice stuff.
