    ntf that is a great idea. or what about the snaps but have a covered button that snaps into the snap hole when the cover is off.

    Barb, probably either idea would work and I think it would protect the car from the elements, but thieves are another question.

    I had never even thought of magnets. I guess if it works on refrigerator doors it might work on a top also.

    I like the idea of snap covers. Hadn't thougth of that either.

    That's why I like to throw these questions out on this forum. You can get honest sincere answers without all of the caustic BS of another forum I might mention.

    Sorry to overlook your question, Yes I molded both front and rear bumpers from an 08 mustang. To be really confusing to everyone I also molded in C5 vette tailights. There is not much left of the 76 Mustang II. Which in my opinion is not a bad thing.
