a little help with my 29 model A
Hi everyone,
I got my 29 today, and a whole lot of new and extra parts along with every part that ever came off the car includeing the 4.5 inche pieces that were cut from the top. Anyway I have to do a little more welding and grinding on some of the welds (not a problem) what is the best body filler to skin the areas with after the weld is done also is there such thing as a rust proof primer in an aresol can? next the roof stuts have been replaced with metel what is the best way to make a headliner for this ? Im not sure I could do a one piece since i don't think I would be able to get in the car once made... there are wood struts running around the perimitor of the roof... now I was also given all new pieces of wood which are labeled but I have yet too look at I suppose they will go other places on the inside to secure my panels.. I also have a vintage air II to install, I was thinking of installing a radio of course so would it be best to make my inner panels out of some sort of thin plywood so they will support the speakers? last question my drivers door is a little hard to shut I noticed that there is about a 1\4 inch gap at the top and the bottom hits the body. is the best way to fix this by taking the glass out putting a piece of wood at the bottom and pushing on the top of the door?
I appriciate all the help in advance
thanks,
simon

Ok gang. It's been awhile. With everything that was going on taking care of my mom's affairs and making a few needed mods to the Healey, it was June before anything really got rolling on this...
