Geez, don't really know what to say, if you have a good engine to chassis ground and no sealant, changed senders...... Like I said, never had any trouble don't know which way to go on it.

Maybe the old hot water test on the sender? Measure the ohms, suspend the sender in some very hot water, see what the ohms are??? Be unusual to have multiple bad senders but I guess it could happen..... If the sender is good, then Dakota Digital needs to be fixing the gauge I would say!!!!
