I have a 37 chevy truck with a built 305 bored .060 with a mild cam, sanderson headers, performer intake manifold and a 600 cf carb. I would like to go with a dual quad set up either using 500 edelbrock carbs or hollys 390. Which one would work for meKeep smiling, it only hurts when you think it does!

to be honest i have no idea. it was my father's, and he said he thought it was out of a 55-7 chevy. it only has two shift levers on it so i assume it's a three speed. it also has no mount on the tailshaft. this is all i have to go on.

I looked for u but I did not find the castings. All i can suggest is to google Chevy transmission numbers or sombody here will pick up where I left off or send you to a site where you could decode those numbers. Sorry I could not do more for you.You don't know what you've got til it's gone
