Trouble finding Transmission mount!!
Hopefully someone here can help. I have a 1965 Chrysler New Yorker (big block, 727 transmission) that apparently uses a one year only transmission mount.
The ONLY place I have found that has one is Year One, and they cant ship it for another month....
Anybody here know of a source?
Thanks!

believe it or not I just call my local parts house(an OLD SHOP) & they have one in stock.
Cost is about $15.00, if you can get me a picture of it to be sure it's what yours looks like I'll go check it out. && IF it's the same send me some $$$ to mail it to you OR I can see if you can call them & have them ship it to you...joeDonate Blood,Plasma,Platelets & sign your DONORS CARD & SAVE a LIFE

You're kidding..... The one I found was 105.00!
Here is a picture, I hope it is the same one. Thanks for the help!
I have found similar ones, but the one I need has the mounting plate (not the rubber part) offset from the two small studs. It's a little hard to see in the picture, but I don't know how else to explain it. Thanks again!Last edited by 65ny; 04-14-2009 at 08:42 AM.

Yep... Mine came off in two pieces (the rubber is deteriorated), but it's just like the pic.

Good news..... I found one at Imperial Services in Michigan. They make them right there. They're making it today and shipping it tomorrow. Hooray for me!
