    Short answer NO.

Longer answer, check into "the why" it came loose. Many routing things could cause this, like a hose too short, hose twisted causing a torque pressure to the fitting.

I had a similar problem with a NOS fitting that was hitting the firewall when the engine torqued over at launch.

Thanks, I didn't think I should use anything on the threads, the intake for the fuel pump is a straight thread to 10 AN, got reducer 10 to 8 AN, to a 90* 8 AN braided hose pointed up. The 90* came loose, I'll see if there's any torque pressure to the fitting.

    Thanks again.. John
