If you dig deep enoungh there are some nylon washers that you can use on the seal. I think these are more for sealing a slightly worn seal surfaces. Summit I think has them.41 Willys 350 sbc 6-71 blower t350, 9in, 4 link

I'd be surprised if the fuel pump is a straight thread - any that I've seen, mechanical or electric, regardless of the brand are pipe. If they are pipe, then you can use Teflon tape. If it's an adapter fitting to the pump, pipe to -AN then all bets are off as you should not use Teflon tape (but, then I have and for that very reason of coming loose)
