The main problem was rust. Look carefully for bondo. If there is no bondo & little rust you got a winner if the price is rite. Mech problems are a lot easier to fix & you are probably going to upgrade the drive train at some point.

Yea I didn't get to go look yet but I've been reading and I'm going to put a ladder bar set up in the rear, i haven't looking into the front suspension yet, but I really want to do a gasser look.

Is there certain spots that always rot out? Like on my monte the back frame rails are going as all montes do so I'm going to probably back half the car.

anyone got some good sites for gasser suspensions or just informative sites?

Oh well, just off the top of my head i know of 10 people that are running them on the streets with no problem. Don't know how as i've never asked if htey had problems.

What are your thoughts on a 4 link? I've never really looking into 4 links so i don't know much about them. i'll just swap in a g-body chassis and call it a day!

    dang that's close.

I could always strech the g-body chassis 3" since i'd box it in anyway i could add 3" somehow. g-body chassis' are a dime a dozen around here so if i'd mess it up i could start over I was just going out on a limb saying about using the g-body chassis but it actually sounds like it could work out. something I'll have to look into.
