hi everyone im brand new to the rat rod world lol ivebuilt some nice muscle cars but now i acquired a 57 chevy truck that i am rat rodding the truck has an s10 fron suspension and thats all good the problem lies in the rear it doenst have one at all the frames been modified to fit a four link suspension in wich in the end may be the way to go but i have a 66 chevelle with a ten bolt trailing arm suspension wich i set under the frame just for giggles to see if we could make it work we took the coils off and the shocks it looks like we would have to attach the long trailing arms to the outside of the frame rail and the shorter two to the inside then we thought we,d add a cple of coildover shocks to replace the stock coils in this forums opnion can this work? or am i being an idiot ... only reason we came up with this idea is to be different ive never seen one under a 57
