Brake Pads
This may have been asked before but I don't recall so I will put it out anyway. Getting ready to replace the brake pads on my 34 (4 wheel disc) and wondering if there are any significant advantages or disadvantages with the different pad materials. I can get semi-metallic (on now) or move up to either organic or ceramic pads. Your opinions are most welcome.Bob
A good friend will come and bail you out of jail....but a true friend will be sitting next to you saying..."Damn....that was fun!

The harder the pad, the hotter they will work, (the average use doesn't get that hot) the easier to glaze and get hard spots, chatter & squeal more, and cleaner on your wheels.
The softer (oem type) the pad, the smoother they work & quiter, they make more dust on your wheels.
Every one will tell you a different one to use, it's up to you.

Anyone can cut one up, but! only some can put it back together looking cool!
Steel is real, anyone can get a glass one.
