1940 Ford gauge panel
Hi all.
I’m in the process of buying a 1940 Ford coupe street rod.
The car has an ugly billet gauge bezel that I am planning on replacing.
On the net I have found 40 Fords with this bezel with 5 round gauges as shown in the picture.
Does anybody know where I can buy one of these?
I have seen 2 different cars with this set-up so I know it is not a one of a kind piece.
Thank you

Can't help you with that specific panel, but here's a link to an outfit that makes something similar; http://www.dcstreetrods.com/products.html
If you don't care for their gauges look lower on the page, they sell the bezel separately. With some fab and sheet stock you can make the brushed facia, drill for your choice of gauges. If you go to the Classic Instruments site they make some interesting gauge faces that have a similar vibe to those you pictured; http://www.classicinstruments.com/allseries.aspx The ones in your picture look like their All American Tradition series.Last edited by Bob Parmenter; 08-26-2009 at 10:53 PM.
