    engine swap

ok this is going to cause hate mail from the cheevy nuts. but has any one swaped a FORD 460+ WITH 4 -SPEED into a 1972 camero? i have seen one but it was at night and could not check it out. this is serious. not a joke. i'm a ford man with a love for studebakers. i have all the parts i need to build a very healthy 460.the onl problem i see is the front sub framei have an extra sub frame i also have a frame from a 1972 ford torino which the rear frame rails is rusted out. any suggestions besides of putting a cheevy in it.

You need a rear sump pan and the exhaust will be interesting...I'm thinking that a 4X4 pan might do it. There's plenty of room under the hood of the camaro.
I remember when hot rods were all home made.
