There should be a plug. Mine has one and another jack that I have has the same looking plug. I thought that was where the fluid went. I have been looking but dont know what to fill with and where to get it.

mine has a plug that is removed with a straight edge screw driver. I fill mine up to the bottom of the plug hole.

Find the plug then drizzle the oil in slowly. Work the jack up and down a few times and refill. Do this until you can't get more in.

Use hydraulic jack oil. Check with a auto parts store or look in the yellow pages under hydraulic(s) oil.
