    Roger - these are the horns I'm using - they are LOUD - and I mounted them directly on the engine with a cast and tapped hole on the block. If they fail early from vibration or heat - so be it!! But they are in the radiator fan air stream.

    You can see them on the engine's right side (photo's left). A note - the a/c stuff shown is currently 'gone'
