    That is normal, it is the high spot in the center and where you should adjust your drag link so it is resting on that spot when going straight down the road.

    I have a Flaming River reversed Corvair box (essentially same as yours) and that is how they told me to adjust mine. When you are in the middle of that high spot, adjust the drag link to dead ahead and you will be good to go.
