Ford 9" axle length
Without tearing into my rearend, yet, again, does anyone know what the length of my stock 28 spl axles are in my 1977 Thunderbird? I'd like to get the new ones ordered at the same time as the new driveshaft, 3.89s and locker. The car is 100 miles away at my other house and with work being as busy as it is here I can't get there and back without missing a job. Any links info?? If no one on here can give you that answer I bet someone like Moser, Mark Williams, Summers Brothers, etc can tell you. They are in the axle business and may have charts with that kind of data.
With something as expensive as a set of axles I would want to be d*** sure of the exact dimensions before I ordered them.
