could use a little info on how to handle the electrical and fuel delivery setup? What about rear end combo, existing trans is a 7004R which should be okay.

Electrical and fuel delivery set-up to what? Are you going injected or carb what? Fill us in on what you want to end up with and then we get some where. I did mine (91) with a carbuerated 358 and a 5-speed. All you need different is a fuel reg, pusher fans, and a home made engine mounts. Or you can get a kit with all that stuff in it. Use the stock gauge senders from the other engine. There is a red wire and a white wire to the original coil. use the red as your power to your HEI. The white is your tach. The green is your temp. Use the funky lookin oil sender off the other engine. You might need a couple of adapters to the oil sender, No biggie. You will also need to make sure your Kick down cable (shift detent) is adjusted properly on the 700 trans because it will say bye bye real fast if it's not just right. Not hard to do. Ask. You can get bye with manifolds but you should get the complete S-10 V8 adapter kit with headers. If you decide to do this there will a few more small things to consider. Ask. All this will work if it's 93 or older. You didn't tell me the year. BB
