Arrow Windshield/window tint on a dimmer switch

OK-guess I am certifiably nuts. The think is with all the electronics that are out there,I was wondering if anyone ever heard of windshield/window tint the would run off a dimmer switch for lighter or darker or darker top to bottom.Sounds like a really cool idea and I don't know if anyone has ever developed it like with some kind of film.

    Any comments guys and gals??.

It's much easier to promise someone a "free" ride on the wagon than to urge them to pull it.
