78 trans am column
I am drawing a blank and my '35 is not around now. does a 78 TA column have a dimmer? I am remembering only the tilt lever and turn signal lever. This would mean I need a floor dimmer or 4 position headlight switch? I already bought this harness for a column dimmer'35 Ford coupe- LT1/T56, '32 Ford pickup, 70 GTO convertible, 06 GTO

I think I found the answer I needed. I am fairly sure I do not have a column mounted dimmer. So I think I will get this 4 position switch from Speedway. I am young enough to have never used a floor mounted switch and I'm not sure I want one in a manual car.'35 Ford coupe- LT1/T56, '32 Ford pickup, 70 GTO convertible, 06 GTO

78 was the first year for the column mounted dimmer switch but I don't think the Firebirds had it yet.I remember when hot rods were all home made.
I wanted to complain about this NZ slang business, but I see it was resolved before it mattered. LOL..
