has anyone else had problems with them??
Has anybody else had problems with getting their parts ordered through Jamco Suspension ? I ordered stuff before memorial day and still haven't recieved anything. All phone calls and emails have done is assure me that it should be shipped out end of the week, still nothing but charge on my credit card. Its not a way to run a business.
I'll get off the soapbox now

Just for giggles I did some digging online to see what others had to say about them. Some were happy with the products and service but a couple said they were getting the runaround and confusing info on when their stuff would be shipped. Seems like they run everyone's credit card immediately though.
Maybe it's time for you to move up the food chain at Jamco and speak to an officer or owner.

Thanks for your time. I've called/emailed, "We're assembling and shipping it out this week", or my favorite thus far, "You should of already gotten the coil springs", which would have really hacked me off to think you ordered a suspension/brake kit and only get coil springs! I know things are tuff right now and the costs of materials is sky rocket'n but come on and be honest with your customers please!!

Also contact the bank and tell them you withhold payment on that charge. Most merchant credit card agreements forbid them from charging your account until they ship the item. Also if you've followed procedure on your protest you don't get charged interest for the unpaid item carry time.Your Uncle Bob, Senior Geezer Curmudgeon

I bought a 51 Ford from ebay and it arrived with a broken sway bar that being the least of problems with stated condition of the car. Anyway I ordered a sway bar from Jamco and it didn't take long at all to get it.
