Sputtering
Ok guys, here is the issue. I have a 2000 Mustang GT and its sputtering bad. Changed the fuel filter, spark plugs, and TPS. All my trouble shooting is leading to the fuel injector sensor or pressure sensor regualator. When I disconnect it, the motor still runs like crap hook it back up and no change. I just wanted to ask for your advice before I spent 100 bucks on the part any advise would be great.

Concur w/Evo - borrow an hand-held code reader, plug it in (usually below the steering wheel) and copy the codes down. You can search the web for the codes or give us a shout here - we've seen most of the codes.

I have put a code reader on it and its coming up with nothing. Everytime I have had an 02 sensor go bad I have had a code. I miss carburated vehicles.

Sorry for your loss of friend Mike McGee, Shine. Great trans men are few and far between, it seems. Sadly, Mike Frade was only 66 and had been talking about retirement for ten years that I know...
