Know your tires ??? What Year ?
Ok Guys & Girls
What year did white lettered tires come out ?
I don't know the answer and it's not real important; just being curious for a "period correct" type of deal.

WOW, What historic information Streets.
I never would have guessed all that. I was thinking more like the mid sixties was the first white lettered tire.
I learn something new everyday, especially at Club hotrod.

I wouldent think that the white lettering was done that early in years but, white walls go through the same prosess to make them white.You don't know what you've got til it's gone
