    Question 292 straigt 6 swap for 350

I have a great running 292 straight six. But it doesn't have enough power . I have been told that a 350 small block will bolt on to my muncie 4x2 4 spd transmission. This is a huge project for me because i have never tried anything like this before. If youhave any questions or answers for me please help. Thanks. By the way this is in a 1970 chevy c20 pickup.

350's came with a 3-row radiator and 292's came with a 2, so you may want to consider upgrading your radiator. You don't have an automatic transmission, so you may be ok except on really hot days under heavy loads. You may also need a longer fan shroud because the 350 is 2 cylinder's shorter than the 292, but it all depends on where the motor mounts are. Motor mounts are different too.
