37 Oze Body on a C5 Chassis
Is it possible to take a 37 Ford 5 Window Coupe Oze body and put it on a Corvette Rolling Chassis, like a C5 or Z06 Setup? I've been searching around and found a couple of complete rolling corvette chassis with the same LS2 engine I want in my hotrod. I figured instead of having to piece together a chassis I could just get one already complete from engine to exhaust and mount the Oze body on it. I know anything is possible but I'm wondering if this project has been done, and if so how much of a pain was it.

Wheelbase and track width always seems to be a problem whenever someone tries the quick and easy route!!! The suspension components and drive train can be made to work in a repop '37 chassis and IMO is a far better way to do it in that everything can be made to fit properly, look good, and work good......Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

Ok gang. It's been awhile. With everything that was going on taking care of my mom's affairs and making a few needed mods to the Healey, it was June before anything really got rolling on this...
