    Got some BAD NEWS yesterday

Good friend Jim "Bones" Noteboom, had a fire while towing his 1935 Packard "Zoot Suit" to the Sacto Autorama last week,
Thank God He and Helga were not hurt.
Knowing Bones as I do, his next Kustom will be another fantastic creation. He was a big help when I built the "KOOL 35" a few years ago.

Oh, man. That makes me sick to see such a beautiful car destroyed. Thankfully, no one was hurt. Cars can be replaced, people cannot. I hope he good insurance.

Man all those hours. Makes you want to cry.

All that because of a flat trailer tire.

Flat tire---one of the things I do is have my mirrors mounted/adjusted where I can see the trailer tires area while towing---I do this so I can see smoke off a low/flat tire

Also---too many flamable things in a trailer

That's why a TPMS system is so good to have - and I don't have them on my big 5th wheel camper either.

That is a shame to lose a beautiful car - ever

Wow, such a beautiful car and gone so quickly. Sad to see, Don, but as you said it is a blessing they were not hurt.

Enjoy the little things in life, and you may look back one day and realize that they were really the BIG things.
