39 Plymouth Coupe
I've got a Plymouth Coupe with a 355 cu in motor and auto transmission. This year of Plymouth had a coil spring front end which was kept and rebuilt. I am wondering if anyone knows of a company that sells stronger coils to support the extra weight. The car drives great but sets way close to the ground and I'm bottoming out when I go across a rise in the road. Any ideas?

I agree with Plumpurpleplym - we've got an independent, General Spring Company, here in the KC area and they'll form and heat treat springs based on size and weight needs. There's an Auto Spring Company listed on Range Line in Joplin, too, which is your back yard. Not sure of their capabilities, but I'd give them a look.

Welcome to CHR
Ok gang. It's been awhile. With everything that was going on taking care of my mom's affairs and making a few needed mods to the Healey, it was June before anything really got rolling on this...
