I am having a real hard time getting the right placement for the Camaro, and SS emblem on both front fenders. This is an SS car with the hockey stripe down the side. I bought the paper template sold, but from the position show the Camaro, or lower part of the C would never touch the top strip, and the top of the SS would never run into the lower stripe.
I search internet pics, and almost every example I see the lower part of the C in camaro touches the top stripe, and the SS or top of it always runs on top of the lower stripe.
Has anyone run into this problem? I hate to be this picky, but am at 50K in my restoration and want it to be right. Maybe they were just sloppy at the factory when they added the emblems, and there is no consistancy.
