Masking tape! That's classic Pat.
I've got several fire extinguishers and some real light first aid - but I work in the garage attached to the house and have a good supply of first aid there.
Have a commercial grade first aid kit in my office and a good one in my car - thankfully never used either except fro band aids!"Where the people fear the government you have tyranny. Where the government fears the people you have liberty." John Basil Barnhil

Sorry no first aid kit in the garage but one in the daily driver that is parked in the carport next door when working in the garage. Have fire extinguisher tho and remember that all extinguishers should be check and or refilled yearly. No damn good if empty.I maybe a little crazy but it stops me going insane.

A few fire extinquishers (and we have had to use them too ) and some first aid stuff we keep in the bathroom. Like Pat said, we have used electrical tape in a jam to close some wound.

Got a first aid kit,4 fire ex's, and a small mirror next to a flashlight for looking into my eyes when I get stuff in them.
Also keep the water hose handy, less messy then an ex for no-gas fires, brian

Several extinguishers, paper towels plus tape (duct or masking) for the bigger leakers, band-aids for the little ones. A pointy X-acto knife with a #11 blade for the splinters and slivers. The shop is in my drive out basement garage so anything really big, I can stagger upstairs so my DW can Tut-Tut about another wound before she wastes my valuable time and loads me up for stitches at the local urgent care (remember, I'm retired so my calendar is full).Dave W

1 Fire extinguisher and a first aid kit plus lots of duct tape.
I was grinding on a exo-cage for a Jeep that I had welded up. I sat the grinder down to get a closer look. Needless to say the grinder had not stopped until I stopped it with my thumb. Almost took the thumb off. All I have was duct tape and tissue paper. I grabbed the TP and wrapped my hand. the blood was making a mess. I then wrapped my hand as tight as I could with the duct tap. I knew it needed a doc to look at it, but I wasn't going to leave that mess in my garage. So I grabbed some thinner and a couple shop towels and cleaned things up before the trip to the ER. Four staples and plenty of cuss words as they cleaned it out later, I was back home grinding on that cage.
