Steve's Auto Restorations has had the 55 and 57 for quite some time. Probably the same sub supplier.

These were (and probably still are) done by EMI. They debuted the '57 convertible at SEMA a few years ago. They start with an OEM firewall/cowl section (good way to make use of old 4 doors) and add on the rest. I don't know if the one we saw was indicative of what's produced today, but the fitment, especially around the trunk/fins was horrible. LOTS of body work needed. SAR is a vendor for them.

Gary I saw some of these last year. The price for the body alone would make resurecting cancerous steel cheap by comparison. I want to say 55k or more. The body and rolling chasis on one site was 100k! I think at that price, some nice original, completely done, would be easy to find! Nice that there is a market so we get to continue to enjoy seeing these fine examples of the 50's rolling down the highway!
