New tool worth looking at.
I got up early this morning to look at the neat stuff my Kids got me for my B Day, and one of them is a tool Don and Taylor got that I had never seen before. It is a multi tip screw driver. It is the same idea as those ones where you remove one tip and insert another one, but this one is different because all of the 6 tips are permanently strored in the handle and you don't ever touch them.
When you want a particular tip you slide the black part of the handle down to expose a clear plastic window, then turn the handle until the red pointer is positioned over the tip you want. All you do then is push the black part closed and the selected tip slides up the shaft, ready for use. It reminds me of how a revolver pistol works.
What impressed me the most is that most of these types of multi tools are crappy, but this one feels good in your hand and seems to be of very high quailty.......something you could use on an every day basis ,saving you from dragging out every screw driver you own when you work on something. It would also be great to carry in the car or to keep at home for quick repair jobs.
In the 3rd picture below the handle is closed and the phillips tip is out, ready to use. In the 2nd picture I have slid the black handle down so you can see how you select the tip you want to use. Next time you are at Sears check it out, I think you will be as impressed as I am. This one is going to the shop, but I might buy a second one for home.

I'll take that kiss, and with all respect to Steve, if you saw Sue you would understand why.

Well, you know you have to watch them Brits ! No, I've seen this Sue and she is waaaaaaaaaaay too good looking to be a boy.
Barb, glad to hear your Son liked his screwdriver too. Most of these are gimmicky, like those wrenches that do 100 things, but this one is actually a useful tool.
