Where can I get pre bent exhaust for my 65 LTD?
my local shop cannot bend the pipes himself, and cannot find the pre-bent pipes that go over the springs, axle?
It is a 4 door hardtop, 352 engine, duals, 2 1/2 inch pipe

Easiest way would be to just get some mandrel bent 2 1/2" exhaust tubing then cut, trim, and fit to make up the pieces over the axle housing. Don't know of any company that is going to have them in 2 1/2" pre-bent....Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

As Dave said, you probably won't find pre-bent 2 1/2". I think stock was probably 2 or maybe 2 1/4" at best. Those you might be able to find a listing for at a good parts store.
Frankly the exhaust on these cars is pretty simple.....if your local shop says they can't do it personally I'd be looking for a different shop.I've NEVER seen a car come from the factory that couldn't be improved.....

thanks for the replies, I do not see any pre-bent of any size on my searches and phone calls.
My local muffler shop says he can put the exhaust in front of the back tires for $175.00
and I supply the "cherry bombs".
I will take a look at the pre bent kit that was mentioned as well.

Is it because you live in a small town that has a muffler shop that isn't well equipped? I haven't seen too many muffler shops that don't have one of those Huth or similar tubing benders that can do almost any odd shape. In fact, most muffler shops no longer have lots of different exhaust pipes hanging from the ceiling like in the old days, they just make up what they need on the spot for each job.
When I swapped the 5.0 Ford into my Jeep pickup I had a really odd shaped exhaust system and the guy whipped it out with no sweat at all. I think you need to be looking for a better shop. Tail pipes for your car should be a piece of cake for someone with the right equipment and knowledge.

If your handy with a welder you could look at places like Craigslist for exhaust tube take offs and cut out the bends and weld up your own or place an ad for old exhaust tubing and do it. If you prefer to pay, auto zone carries prebent pieces but their not true bent tubes their crimped pieces. I always keep the bends off exhaust pipes the buddies just toss for scrap cause I prefer to build my own even if it means buying some straight tube n welding in bends off the take offs. I also agree if the shop can't do bends id say go somewhere else. Any exhaust shop that's worth anything can bend tube to fabricate exhaust.

Ok gang. It's been awhile. With everything that was going on taking care of my mom's affairs and making a few needed mods to the Healey, it was June before anything really got rolling on this...
