US$4250...that's about what I paid for my bus, shipping on top of that.
I think I paid a reasonable price, mine certainly had less rust than that though.
The easiest way to decide?
Toss a coin; heads yes, tails no.
Then analyse your reaction...are you pleased or disappointed at the result?
