Lights blink?
Hello, recently I installed a EZ2Wire 22 circuit loom in my '39 Chev 2dr. All went well until the end. Somehow it's gotten screwed up (my fault). Using the left turn-signal, all lights work correctly, but when I try the right turn-signal here's where it turns bad. ALL LIGHTS FLASH! both headlights, both tail-lights, they all flash. Doesn't matter if the light switch is pulled or not. Hopefully someone has some ideas, I'm fresh out. Thanks

your head lights are binking could be a ground ? what happens when you hit the brake lights sound s like to me some of you wires out of the turn single switch you have some back feeding going on. i use to check turn single wire s with a test light if you do not have wire color diagram .it has been some time that i did a full wire job but could be in the turn switch start to un hook wires one at a time and check color codesIrish Diplomacy ..the ability to tell someone to go to Hell ,,So that they will look forward to to the trip

Firstly, welcome to CHR!! Been through Ozark on my way to N&N a while back - nice country! I used the EZ Wire kit, and it's pretty well marked and the instructions are fair to good. You didn't by chance hook your power wire for the RR turn signal to the tail light side instead of the brake/flasher side of the bulb, did you? That would put the pulsing signal from your flasher into the tail light circuit, which might cross into the headlights via the switch? Just a thought....Roger

You don't happen to be in Ozark, Mo. are you? As Pat said you are feeding back and you only need three wires for tail lights. Left turn/brake, right turn/ brake and one for the running lights and of course a good solid ground at every light including the license plate light.Ken Thomas

Thanks for the answers guys, I'll check the tail-lights. I've been zoned in on the front, lol. I'm in Ozark, Arkansas, famous for it's ugly bridge, lol.

I usually call the manufacturer in these situations. They have seen every scenario possible and can probably tell you what wire is hooked up wrong, or whatever.

I've seen plenty of bulbs with crossed filaments cause your symptoms.

After thinking about it I'm thinking that Roger has the call on both questions!
Gave me some ideas to investigate my tail light problem and I know that I like that photo of the bridge!!!!...at least I'm enjoying the ride!
Thank you Roger. .
