I bought a halogen reflector kit a while back from I think CW Moss although the kit is Vintique. It has built in turn signals. My first question is that since there is no division between the headlight bulb and turn signal bulb the whole lense has a faint amber flash. Is this just a poorly engineered kit and I will have to create my own division?

My second and more important question is I wired it all up exactly as labeled, but when the headlights are on the amber running lights stay on. There are two problems with this. The first being, since there is no dvision b/w the two bulbs the headlights also have an amber glow. The second, even if the running lights were divided from the headlights I don't want the running lights on at all unless I have the switch selected to have them on. That reminds me..I am using a GM three position switch with a floor dimmer.

How can I do this so that only the headlights are on with no running lights??
