1969 C10 P/U 2 piece driveshaft
I am changing u joints and the carrier bearing. I torqued the 3/4" bolt that the carrier bearing slides onto to 70 ft. lbs. Now I notice there is a slight movement at the bolt head implying 70 ft. lbs is not enough. Anybody know the correct torque numbers for that bolt?

Torque numbers???? If the bolt is not tight then crank on it some more. Have you checked to see if the bolt is not screwed up, maybe try running the bolt by hand into the nut. Alittle slickem night help. What else??
