I would venture a guess as well and say that it is probably the aluminum heads.... they tend to be noisy, also, if you have any steel tube headers or just the exhaust system in general, tends to be a little noisy when cooling down, but only all of this after car is turned off and cooling down, otberwise, there is no noise except normal engine sounds while running....
