Help On Distributor Cap Not Fitting
Hello Everyone, I thought I had order the right cap for a distributor for a ford 302. It looks like a old style msd dist. but it must be another make. The only number on the base is CQ1011-1 and there is no name on it. The cap I order looks just like the old cap but the square tab that seats down on the base is to wide and if it did seat the cap lock downs do not line up. The cap I ordered is PC1010D and will not work!! Can anyone help me out on where to get a cap and rotor botton for this. Also who made this distributor. Thanks

I would sugest taking the old one to the parts store and match it up at the store. Then they can look it up and tell you what to order next time.Charlie
