Assembling my 383- Kero salamander residue??.
In the course of assembling my 383-should I be concerned about using a kero salamander heater leaving a residue on the inside of the engine??.

I would keep the internals coated in oil as much as possible and cover the whole motor in a plastic baggie overnight. I don't think any kero residue would cause a problem.
