We made Heat!
Its' a 427 talldeck, 8-71 Littlefield and Enderle hat. We stuck a set of pulling headers on it, found some old plugs wire that fit, hooked at battery and plumbed a fuel cell and after a couple wireing problems we lit that sucker off!
It is wicked! Just stupid wicked.
There is nothing that beats an engine with a belt, that lump of metal between the intake and hat will spoil you.

That will make you grin so wide your face will crack. Nothing like it, except maybe a 427 Cobra (original) - generates massive amounts of testosterone.

Very cool! Did you do anything to the engine, or is it just a stocker? (I'm guessing not)Ryan

Its a bryant crank, Bill Miller rods, Venolia pistons - that part is right beefy as it was built for a pulling tractor and they run at 8500rpm for about 20seconds.
A video was made but i don't know how to load it. I wish i could load it, the thing isn't adjusted yet and is has wicked blower surge.
more pic's of console. Getting some wood work done still need lots of trimming and fitting but the idea is there. [/URL]...
