How bad is it - just dirty or badly scuffed? You can use steel wool 0000(finest) to 4 coarsest, Scotch-brite different colors from coarse to fine or just a pad on a 4 to 9 inch sander along with compounds from, for example Meguire's #1 right up through 1500 and finishing swirl remover.
