    Texaco URSA

My buddy found a case of this stuff when he was cleaning his garage. Date codes from 1968. I did a little Google'ing and found some info about it; that it's mostly marketed in Latin America and Europe; not much collector value. I wonder if any of you have seen or run into this stuff in the past? I have never seen or heard of it until now.

I've never seen that before! Pretty cool. Is it still holding oil?

Yep. All the cans are intact and in good condition. I wouldn't use the oil, although it's probably fine. But I think I'll display a can or two in my man-cave/garage along with other automotive collectibles and memorabilia.

I'd use the oil in a squirt can... not in a motor.. They look like they are all metal too!

Yep, all metal cans and the oil is SAE 30 HD. I might open one and try it on my kid's skateboard wheel bearings or add it to the gas for his 2 stroke pocket rocket It's probably oil from the "good old days" when real men used plenty of ZDDP in their motor oil.
