Spin on oil filter adapters
This may seem like a dumb question but I am missing the oil filter bypass on my 348 so my Mr Gasket adapter won't bolt up. I have been doing some checking and they offer a filter adapter without the need for the bypass, and then you use a Ford filter with a bypass in it. Otherwise I need to buy another bypass and then put the adapter on. Which setup would be better? I keep reading about oil leaks with the standard adapter, but my life is confusing enough without having to remember to put a Ford oil filter on my Chevy!

I'd just buy the adapter for a spin on..I have used them often and if you remember to put oil on the seal before tightining they don't leakCharlie
