    Made a hotrod driveshaft

     



    I made my self a shaft,Rearend is Mustang needs 1.125in. caps and 57ford shaft needs 1.063in. caps,so NAPA #430 worked fine
    Do I get a star? I think i got a phopto to show!

    Good job.............but you may want to take it and get it balanced. Even tho it's short, it still should be checked for balance.

    Star for drive shaft and I'm sure The Bat knows to have it balanced. Fl racers are like that, two stars for the photo looks like you got things sorted out on that to. On a roll over there Bat.

    I do balance work my self,I have SW engine balancer still in my home garage now that I'm retired and closed down my shop 10 years ago.,and do race car engines still for old freinds. Here is the facts on short drive shafts/they must be lined up on the money and put together strait,of all the short shafts I've done over the years,I've yet to find one out of balance I did,even though I check them. Yes I have had to fix a few that came to me some one other then me did,,taking them back a part some times. Race car shafts often run some very high RPMs cuz of rear high # gears

    Nice job on your drive shaft! The one in my Corvette is about half that length.
