spark plugs
I recently installed new spark plugs in my car and they fouled out rightaway. I have dart iron eagle heads and i put the recomended plugs in witch are accel 262 plugs. this is one of their colder plugs. im not sure if they are to cold due to the build up of my motor or what. Im running 10.5 to 1 compresion, comp cam at 230 230 with rocker arms at 1.6 ratio. 600 cfm carb and a performer rpm intake.
Any help

What have you got for a coil? points or electronic ignition? What gap did you have the plugs at? Fouled out right away you say - idleing in driveway? The carb, what is it like? new, rebuilt, set up close to right? Did the choke open?
Generally, try to start with plugs close to what the original car came with with that engine or one similar. you can go a heat range or 2 either way and chekc the plugs after a few miles, after the engine has warmed up.

Ok gang. It's been awhile. With everything that was going on taking care of my mom's affairs and making a few needed mods to the Healey, it was June before anything really got rolling on this...
