    ignition woes

    I have a 70 glastron with a 327 chevy in it . The problem is the ignition , I had problems with it dying last year so I bought a new accel high vibration coil . It also has a really cheesy looking electronic ignition that I might dump. Anyone have any helpfull advice for a more reliable system.

    Hey 327;
    I take it we are talking about a boat?? I tell you what works really well for me, no matter what the problem might be with my boat....

    I have a rather large funnel, I place it near the dog house in my boat, then I go and take all my paper money, change it into coins, and pour it into the funnel. ‘Works every time. This ritual starts annually in the spring and ends in early fall. Hey, it keeps the boat afloat.
    Objects in my rear view mirror are a good thing unless,.... they have red and blue lights flashing.

    Hehehe, don't ask me how it works, all I know is that in order to keep the damn thing afloat, I keep dumping money into it, and it works!

    Actually I have an idea, come to think of it. I think it has to do with the money exchange. Whenever I pull the boat out of the water, I remove the drain plug, and water comes pouring out. Somehow the money must turn into water. I now know why they call it the "DRAIN PLUG".

    Thanks for the help streets .I 'm already in a hot boat club ,thought it would be cool to be in this one too. Sorry I offended anyone, I thought a 327 chevy was a hot rod engine, maybe someone could help. I just got my computer and I am not sure how to intro myself .I used to have a 79 Z-28 350 4 speed with 3.90gear ratio. but I sold it to buy the boat. thanks again
