Chevy 350 swapped Seville
I have a Chevy 350, i was wondering what mounts i would need to replace my olds 350 powered 78' Seville. Thanks for the comments.

Welcome to CHR enjoy your stay. I don't know of anyone making the mounts for that swap probably have to make your own....By the way the Seville trans won't bolt up eitherCharlie

won't 4 of the tranny bolts and the dowels line up????? or is the Seville some other set up???????

Jerry only 2 of the bolt holes (the lowest ones beneath the dowels) and the dowels are common between the Chevy and BOP bellhousing patterns.
That being said, there is a possibility that he might have a multiple bolt pattern TH350 or 2004R but is is probably a BOP TH375.
.I've NEVER seen a car come from the factory that couldn't be improved.....

The early Sevilles were based on a modified Nova chassis. I would suggest some research that is off of the keyboard...real lift the hood and look type stuff. Since you have the Seville, finding a similar Nova to look at should be a snap. IF the front crossmember is similar, it may be as simple as bolting in the Chev motor mount plates. The other consideration is the distance from the transmission flange to the motor mounts between the two engines.....again, a sneaker search. This should get you darned close. It may not be a bolt in but I'll bet that it is a weld in with minor welding.
I wanted to complain about this NZ slang business, but I see it was resolved before it mattered. LOL..
