    TH 400 question

Tearing down my TH400 to rebuild I found a small screen on the workbench, tube shaped, about an inch long, about a quarter inch in diameter. Can anybody tell me where it fell out of? Does not mention it in my manual.

You don't have a buddy with a sense of humor who was around when it was coming apart, do you?

Enjoy the little things in life, and you may look back one day and realize that they were really the BIG things.

Got the th400 back together and installed in the Broncamaro. I am up against the wall here my freinds, I got no reverse and only first gear! Checked the pressure, at idle in park reading 90 psi. At 1000 rpm getting 110 psi, not steady. Reverse drops to zero. In drive I get 80 psi but no movement. Second and first I get 30 psi. Now I am hoping one of you will share some hard earned knowledge with me as the knowledge I have will fit on the head of a pin. I pulled the governor, seems ok, but Im not sure what to look for. The modulator also, when installing the modulator against the valve, is it supposed to be spring loaded? I have to push it in against a spring when I put the bolt/bracket. This is a stock tranny, no modifications. Can you guys point me in the right direction? (after the laughter dies down)
