    If I put it in Drive and slowly accelerate it will shift twice so, even tho there's only two positions, is it a three speed? Don't know if it makes any difference but I couldn't get to anything but the bell housing and tail piece to see if the magnet would stick and it would not so it's probably aluminum, right? It is definitely NOT STOCK because of the 289 and the transmission could even be pre-62 for all I know.
