40 ford inter fenders bumpers ?
Are rubber bumpers/cushions installed on the lower inter fender on 40 ford trucks as in the picture below ? I thought they were bolt holes but I was told they were for rubber buttons. Thanks for the input.

Yup Bob's got them. I was going to bolt the inter fenders to the frame but I thinking it would cause troubles when the frame twists.
